Brief Description:
The LUXIA is a lubricant specifically formulated for the swabbing of the molds, particularly suitable in the manufacture of hollow glass with automatic machines and especially for the production of small containers, bottles for perfumes, pharmaceuticals, and all those containers where the request is a light and delicate layer of graphite.
With the use of LUXIA you can reduce the cycles of swabbing, with the consequent increase of duration of the molds and relative decrease of maintenance of the same.
Despite the LUXIA has been formulated for use as release agent of the collars, it has proved very effective in the universal use for the production of glass containers, both small and medium size.
The product should be used without other oils, with the semi-dry brush.
The use of LUXIA allows the production of bright containers with good distribution of the glass.
