Brief Description:
It is a mixture of high-performance biodegradable oils and substances with a high percentage of lubricity additives that give excellent lubricating properties.
The oily film has excellent resistance to high specific loads that are created between the mold, counter-mold and material to be formed.
Suitable for cold forging with thickness reductions of steels with high carbon content, alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, etc..
Its composition is very suitable for machining non-ferrous materials because they do not stain the pieces.
It is a good anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
The CLZ-45 can also be added, in adequate quantity, to cutting oils in order to improve the lubricating and anti-welding properties.
